• Having strong communications skill in English written and verbal communication.

• Strong knowledge of sourcing, costing, and product development processes

• Good understanding of production flow, pattern, and consumption basics

• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills

• Ability to coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders

• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail

• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• Proactive, energetic, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment

The company focuses on product development, precision manufacturing, and timely delivery while maintaining strong standards in quality and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Handle daily merchandising activities for cap/headwear orders.

• Manage sample development, lab dips, trims, and accessories with suppliers.

• Follow up with suppliers for pricing, sourcing, and timely material delivery.

• Prepare PO, costing sheets, and maintain order tracking.

• Coordinate with design, production, supply chain, store, and QA teams.

• Monitor production status and ensure on-time shipment.

• Support product development, costing, and price quotation.

• Ensure quality compliance from initial stage to final shipment.

• Communicate with buyers and suppliers for order execution.

• Track orders and solve issues during production and shipment process.
