Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Retail Buying or Merchandising or Production
∎ Graduation in Business/ Statistics/ English/ Mathematics/ Economics/ Retail Buying/ Merchandising/ Production. (MBA will be added advantage)
∎ Skills Required: Excellent communication skill, Microsoft Excel

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Merchandising

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish representative product line in assigned categories to enable retail channel to achieve sales target
∎ Find source for best production units or suppliers, negotiate best prices and conditions in order to achieve company goals of net margin as agreed upon in the annual operational plan and monitor distribution of article in own category.
∎ Plan monthly promotions with marketing and advertising.
∎ Visit stores and market places according to schedule to assess value and needs of Bata product line and analyze competition.
∎ Achieve estimated pair and turnover in own category.
∎ Achieve zero ageing (more than 12 months).
∎ Monitor distribution of article in own category.
∎ Perform stock planning according to sales trend.

∎ Efficient in MS Office

Salary: Negotiable
