Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Mechanical Diploma (In Automobile) will be added advantage for deserving candidates.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Responsible for monitoring overall transport operation of US-Bangla Airlines at the Hazarat Shahjalal International Airport (HSIA), Dhaka and submit daily operational report to the Head of the Transport Department.
∎ • Responsible for database management in liaison with the detailed person for documentations (fitness, renewal of tax token, insurance coverage etc.) of pool vehicles and take necessary action as per requirement.
∎ • Responsible for maintaining liaison with BRTA, Local Police Stations, Police furry and other relevant & concerns for smooth transport operations.
∎ • Responsible for review and carry out necessary repair and maintenance of the vehicles in consultation with the Head of the mechanical side as and when required.
∎ • Responsible for preparing cost and efficiency statement of vehicles and jointly with the mechanical head make comparative analysis to reduce cost.
∎ • Responsible for preparing and submitting suggestion to the Head of the Transport Department for efficient and economical way of managing transport.
∎ • Responsible for establishing contacts and making agreement with the transport service providers with prior permission from the Head of the Transport Department for renting out vehicle as and when required as per the company policy.
∎ • Responsible for selecting and making agreement with reputed workshops in consultation with head of the mechanical side and taking written permission from the Head of the Transport department for repairing and maintenance of vehicles as and when required.
∎ • Maintain software database, check fuel consumption, road expenditures, conveyance bills, food bills, overtime allowances, holiday/day off bills and workshop bill as per entry at the log book.
∎ • Conduct training for the MTO’s about safe driving, maintenance, schedule servicing, Ramp operation, CAAB guidelines and Apron regulations and carry out orientation training on roads and highway rules, regulation.
∎ • Frequently visit vehicles and carry out check whether MTO’s are possessing Company ID card, Airport Security Pass, CAAB Apron Pass/Permit, CAAB Duty Pass and Driving License at a regular interval.
∎ • Maintain flawless communication with the Head of the transport Department to ensure smooth transport operation the is required for the flight operations at the Hazarat Shahjalal International Airport (HSIA) and carry out any other duties that is required for smooth flight operations.

∎ • Good Communication skills
∎ • Should have the attitude to work under pressure
∎ • Should have the mind to work in a team
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
