Experience:

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering

• 2 to 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

• At least 3 years of experience in machinery maintenance, preferably in the food industry. 
• Familiarity with ISO, GMP, and FSSC standards. 
• Familiar with PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems. 
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

• Oversee maintenance and repair of factory equipment, focusing on machinery. 
• Execute/implement preventive maintenance schedules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Supervise daily operations, monitoring, and troubleshooting of factory machinery.
• Ensure the maintenance of all factory machinery 
• Identify and implement improvement opportunities. 
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Prepare monthly reports on maintenance activities KPI update and equipment performance.
• Update ISO documentation and maintain compliance with ISO, GMP, and FSSC standards.
• Conduct mechanical services for generators and air compressors
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and service meat processing machinery.
• Utilize knowledge of PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems for equipment operation and maintenance.
• Perform tasks as instructed by supervisors
