About the Role
Join our dynamic real estate team and help promote premium land, plots, and flats. Work closely with diverse clients—from individuals to corporate buyers—delivering compelling property presentations through direct and digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads via digital platforms, cold calling, SMS/email campaigns, and referrals.
Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiate deals to close sales.
Build and sustain strong client relationships to drive repeat and referral business.
Collect booking/deposit payments and handle follow up for revenue reconciliation.
Maintain and update client database, track sales trends, and support strategic planning.
Provide exceptional post-sales service and address client inquiries professionally.
