1. Proven experience in sales and technical support roles is preferable.
2. Fresher graduates and diploma holders can also apply their understanding of Cleaning & Hygiene Products, the Hotel & Hospitality Industry, and the Food & beverage Industry is preferable.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
4. Problem-solving aptitude with a keen attention to detail.Basic computer knowledge of Microsoft Office, Email, Outlook, etc.

1. Execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
2. Identify potential customers, understand their needs, and propose appropriate products or services.
3. Provide technical support and assistance to customers regarding machine & dosing pumps.
4. Conduct product demonstrations, installations, and training sessions as needed.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
6. Prepare and regularly submit sales reports, customer feedback, and technical issue logs.
