Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to handle clients on land sale on different range of product of the Company.
∎ Have to generate clients through various channels and match their needs;
∎ Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to meet the targets;
∎ Ensuring strong presence, visibility & dominance company products;
∎ Creating new corporate /industrial or group customer to acquire the target;
∎ Achieve company revenue and profit targets by execution of proper planning ;
∎ Responsible for regular follow-up clients and maintain their records in the ERP.
