∎ Must be smart, well-presented, and confident in communication.
∎ Willing to travel locally for agent visits and marketing activities.·
∎ Manage relationship with colleagues.·
∎ Able to take care customer relationship.·
∎ Good Knowledge in Social Media, Like Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Visit and communicate with local agents to promote manpower recruitment services.
∎ Build and maintain a strong network of local sourcing agents.
∎ Share job demands and collect candidate profiles through local agents.
∎ Make regular phone calls to agents and candidates for follow-up and coordination.
∎ Provide accurate information about job openings and recruitment procedures.
∎ Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and email communication.
∎ Assist in preparing documents, reports, and basic data entry.
∎ Knowledge of ERP software will be considered an advantage.
∎ Help with maintaining candidate files and marketing records.
∎ Assist in preparing daily/weekly marketing activity reports.
