∎ Age 27 to 33 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain accurate records of all merchandising activities, including order details, correspondence, and quality reports
∎ Prepare regular reports on order status, production schedules, and inventory levels for management review
∎ Work closely with other team members to achieve departmental goals
∎ Manage the entire merchandising process from order confirmation to shipment
∎ Coordinate with buyers and production teams to ensure orders are executed accurately and on time
∎ Monitor order status and update all stakeholders regularly
∎ Liaise with fabric and accessory suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials
∎ Ensure clear and effective communication with clients regarding order status, changes, and delivery schedules
∎ Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure that all products meet the required quality standards
∎ Provide guidance and support to junior merchandisers and other team members
∎ Identify potential issues in the production process and develop solutions to prevent delays or quality issues
∎ Take initiative to improve processes and reduce lead times
∎ Stay updated on market trends and buyer preferences to anticipate changes in demand
