Job Context:
∎ Customer Relation.
∎ Market analysis, product evaluation (physical).
∎ Managing and updating platforms.
∎ Communication with customers regularly ( over phone, email, etc.).
∎ Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and requirements.
∎ Communicating and coordinating with team members in a timely and effective manner
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
∎ Submit Customer feedback report to the management daily basis.
∎ Others works as advised by Office.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Entrepreneurial Literacy & enterprise development activities in the field level.
∎ Build relationship with the beneficiaries and other community stakeholders.
∎ Ensure proper selection of beneficiaries and facilitators.
∎ Visit target shops regularly and provide best performance.
∎ Collect constructive feedback on customer on how well it is working.
∎ Establish, maintain and expand customer base.
∎ Increase business opportunities through various routes to market.
∎ Achieve the targets and strategic objectives.
∎ Develop sales strategies and set strategic goals.
∎ Compile and analyze sales figures; provide intelligence through proper reports.
∎ Monitor team-performance and energize them to achieve goals
∎ Make partnership with proper distributors.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have motorcycle Driving License.
