Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Entrepreneurial Literacy & enterprise development activities in the field level.
∎ • Build relationships with the beneficiaries and other community stakeholders
∎ • Ensure proper selection of beneficiaries and facilitators.
∎ • Visit target shops regularly and provide the best performance.
∎ • Collect constructive feedback on customers on how well it is working.
∎ • Establish, maintain and expand customer base.
∎ • Increase business opportunities through various routes to market.
∎ • Achieve the targets and strategic objectives.
∎ • Develop sales strategies and set strategic goals.
∎ • Compile and analyze sales figures; provide intelligence through proper reports.
∎ • Monitor team performance and energize them to achieve goals.
∎ • Make partnership with proper distributors.
