Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Entrepreneurial Literacy & enterprise development activities in the field level.
∎ Build relationships with the beneficiaries and other community stakeholders
∎ Ensure proper selection of beneficiaries and facilitators.
∎ Visit target shops regularly and provide the best performance.
∎ Collect constructive feedback on customers on how well it is working.
∎ Establish, maintain and expand customer base.
∎ Increase business opportunities through various routes to market.
∎ Achieve the targets and strategic objectives.
∎ Develop sales strategies and set strategic goals.
∎ Compile and analyze sales figures; provide intelligence through proper reports.
∎ Monitor team performance and energize them to achieve goals.
∎ Make partnership with proper distributors.
