Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create a "Marketing Communication plan” to guide the entire marketing team through the complete process of executing on that specific campaign
∎ Build and maintain a calendar of brand activation events to create a comprehensive layout of what is expected from the marketing team across the entire quarter regarding campaigns that may or may not overlap or require their attention sporadically.
∎ Implement marketing campaigns to drive activation while continually improving the impact of outcomes based on customer insights and industry trends.
∎ Guide and collaborate with internal teams and external agencies on the development of marketing activation.
∎ Working with designers to create promotional materials such as banners, fliers, billboards, and advertisements to educate consumers about the product.
∎ Develop marketing collateral to enhance customer experience, build culture, and support brand field activation.
∎ Managing sponsorships for events, including negotiating contracts with sponsors and developing sponsorship packages tailored to each client’s needs
∎ Manage vendor to ensure proper on time execution of marketing campaigns and in-store branding.
∎ Execute store branding in new and renovation stores for on time execution.
