∎ Looking for ADNOC Business in Bangladesh.
∎ ADNOC (Abu Dhabi National Oil Company) operate across the entire hydrocarbon value chain, through a network of fully-integrated businesses, with interests that range from exploration, production, storage, refining and distribution, to the development of a wide-range of petrochemical products. For over 46 years, ADNOC have played an integral role in Abu Dhabi`s economic development, managing, producing and preserving the Emirate`s hydrocarbon reserves on behalf of the Abu Dhabi Government.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Successful management of assigned brands with company's marketing objectives and providing strategic inputs to stay ahead in the competition.
∎ Responsible for the management of assigned products portfolio. Define marketing plan with marketing objectives, strategies and tactics for assigned portfolio.
∎ Make annual marketing plan and Budget, formulate strategies for specific brands, ensure the growth of existing brands and conduct feasibility analysis according to the need of the market and company objectives.
∎ Create promotional materials, conduct promotional events, train the sales force, analyze market and sales trends, and ensure availability of products through distribution channels.
∎ Conduct field visit to get first hand market experience and input these into marketing activities.
∎ To track & monitor competitors' promotional and marketing activity, provide feedback to reporting authority, design and implement strategic reactions.
∎ Maximizing the target customer's awareness of the brand through creative approaches.
∎ Select few potential brands and make them into 'Super' brands through brand building.
∎ Ensuring numeric distribution and availability
∎ Plan and Implement 360 marketing approach
∎ Merchandising and ensuring product presence
∎ Effective use of online or E-marketing tools use to generate sales lead.
∎ Competent vendor selection/ agreement
∎ Understanding brand guideline (both parent and local partner) to comply at every level

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to generate creative ideas and work under pressure.
∎ Collaborative team focus and ability to lead and inspire across departments.
∎ Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
∎ Excellent computer skills.
∎ In depth knowledge of event planning and operations.

Salary: Negotiable
