Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc / Diploma in IPE / EEE/ CSE/ Telecom/ ETE from any reputed Institute / University is preferable

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure New product introduction as per given timeline
∎ Ensure NPI Training to related Sections
∎ Jointly conduct trial production with production & QC team
∎ Developing training materials for Production, QC team for SKD & SMT projects (Before Trial Production) Monitor production site & give suggestion to improve production quality at the time of production
∎ Analyze & ensure production processing quality issue.
∎ Weekly & monthly report.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ SMT Experience.
∎ People management in factory production
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) in both Bengali and English & presentation skills.
∎ Proficient in MS-Word, Excel, Power point
∎ Strong analytical, technical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Able to lead the team, give feedback & motivate the team members.
∎ Ability to achieve the target within given lead time
