Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in EEE, Mechanical Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Fire Detection System Design, Fire Door, Fire Protection System, Fire Safety Maintenance, Fire safety Management, Maintenance Fire Safety
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sites/factories visit as per schedule
∎ Prepare fire alarm, Fire hydrant, and sprinkler system designs, drawings and all relevant calculations as required.
∎ Ensure weekly/ Monthly / Yearly Schedule maintenance of Fire Detection System (CFDS) of Factories/Corporate head office
∎ Ensure weekly/ Monthly / Yearly Schedule maintenance of Fire Protection System (FPS) ) of Factories/Corporate head office
∎ Ensure Monthly Schedule maintenance of Fire Doors(FD)
∎ Follow up the Project Installation and Implementation works of the Factories/Corporate head office
∎ Verify and forward the requisition of items required for CAP as per audit observation.
∎ Attend various audits at the factories
∎ Assess Fire & Safety Risks of the factories for rectification.
∎ Monitor and ensure that facility of fire hydrant & fire pumps are adequate and are working properly.
∎ Ensure In-house fire training for Fire officers, new employees and security personnel.
∎ Any other works assigned by the Technical Manager.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience from Bangladesh Navy (Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering).
∎ Working on Fire & Safety Systems will be preferred with reputed vendors
∎ Experience with Auto cad drawing & hydraulic calculation will be preferred
∎ Must have skills & experiences on fire related matters.
∎ Should have required knowledge on fire safety maintenance issues on CFDS and FPS.
∎ Must be familiar to set up firefighting systems (CFDS/FPS) as per requirement of Bangladesh Fire Prevention Act.
∎ Retired officer from Fire Service & Civil Defense will also be given preference.
Salary: Negotiable
