∎ Possess a Degree/Diploma or equivalent qualification in Logistics & Supply Chain Management.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Obtain/maintain and renew required Import approvals from BEPZA, Customs to facilitate the smooth functioning of departmental operations.
∎ Assist in departmental analytics and performance reporting to Management.
∎ Liaise with authorities such as BEPZA/Customs for Import clearance process.
∎ Manage payments/reimbursements relating to Import operations with banks and Insurance company.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2 - 3 years' experience in handling Import operations.
∎ Good communication skills including sound Commercial correspondence.
∎ Be a committed, dynamic, independent, and self-motivated individual with the desire to learn quickly.
∎ Be IT savvy and possess an in-depth working knowledge in MS Excel and other MS Office packages.
