Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Law (LLM) in Law
∎ Preference is relevant filed degree 2/3 year at Financial Loan Court.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Drafting the contracts and legal documentation.
∎ To Draft, Vetting and finalize various development Agreement, Power of Attorney, MOU, Affidavits, J.V. Agreements, etc.
∎ To assist in formation of Society, Condominium, Company, etc. and to maintain, the affairs to the said Associations.
∎ Must be able to represent the Group in all Company matter and assist the Management from the legal point.
∎ Provide legal opinion & support to all departments in the company on various kinds of documents & activities.
∎ Maintain & develop relationship with the Law Enforcement Agencies. Liaison with various Govt. and Non Govt. Organization such as AC (Land) office, Tahshil, Sub-Registry office, RAJUK, REHAB, Factories and Establishment Department.
∎ Provide Legal support to employee's concern issues under Labor laws.
∎ Make a list and regular update of signed / executed agreements by the Company and note the date of expiry / renewal of each agreement
∎ Dealing with land related activities such as land measurement, negotiation, purchase, Tax, VAT, mortgage, registration/ deed/ agreement/ bayna, commissioning, etc.
∎ Providing appropriate reporting and information to the company in connection with the activities of the Legal Department.
∎ Any other tasks as and when assign by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Languages: Good knowledge of English and Bangla both in written and oral;
∎ Computer skills: Computer proficiency - particularly MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
∎ Knowledge: Must be good knowledge about Finance loan court.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Lawyer, Tax Law, Land, Criminal law.
