Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Corporate and Commercial Law, Labor Law, Land Law, Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Drafting and vetting Corporate Agreement, Joint Venture Agreement, MOU, NDA, MoA & AoA, Trust Deed, International Purchase & Supply Agreement, Marketing & Distribution Agreement.
∎ Reviewing Policies, Contracts and Agreements and monitor legal obligations under Agreements to ensure compliance, as required by the Company from time to time.
∎ Preparing and vetting/reviewing/providing legal opinion on various kinds of land & property-related documents, security arrangements, rent deeds and commercial agreements relating to property transfer, mortgage, Merger and acquisition and in due course registration of the same with the Sub-Registrar Office.
∎ Handling land related issues - Land purchase, deed draft preparation and authenticity assessment of ownership claims by third party, managing records of land agreements & contracts, maintain records and communicating with concerned A.C Land office/Tofshil office/ sub-registry office and land dispute court.
∎ Advising on statutory compliance in respect of any Writ, Civil, Criminal, Banking & Company Matter, Income-Tax, VAT & Customs Issues.
∎ Providing legal opinion upon vetting of the property documents, and other documents relating to RJSC, Fire Dept., Environment Dept. & Industrial Dept. of Govt. in view of Commercial & Industrial Establishment of the Company.
∎ Providing Legal support to the HR & Admin Department concerning issues under Labor laws, Industrial Laws if required by for the legal compliance. Preparing documents & actions for complying of Labor Issues under the provisions of Labor Act, 2006 (Amend. 2015).
∎ Drafting and file cases on behalf of the Company with the Police Station, Court or with any other court, tribunal and concern authority.
∎ Performing Administrative Duties & Responsibilities as assigned by the Management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should be good in drafting Legal documents both in Bangla and in English
∎ Organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking
∎ Good written and communication skills
∎ Problem solving skills
∎ Should have good MS office applications skill.
∎ Licensed Advocate will get preference

Salary: Negotiable
