Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Identify and resolve legal issues within the company.
∎ 2. Familiar with various types of national laws and regulations, especially tax laws.
∎ 3. Responsible for legal review of various contracts in the company to ensure legality.
∎ 4. Responsible for resolving legal issues between the company and employees.
∎ 5. Assist the company in completing related tasks with the Immigration works, Police Dept, Tax Dept, and related.
∎ 6. Documentation of company docs.
∎ 7. Contract checking with different vendors.
∎ 8. Additional task as asked by the management.
