Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Must be honest. Very good typing & report writing skill in both Bengali (Bijoy) & English.
∎ Experience in land mutation will get preference.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure Mutation process on stimulated time as per customer demand.
∎ Take initiative for mutation in favor of customer.
∎ Provide update mutation information to customer.
∎ Complete the mutation process on stimulated time.
∎ Maintain liaison with local land related office and judicial court.
∎ Maintain liaison with local AC land office for plot mutation.
∎ Prepare expense bill for land mutation process.
∎ Adjust bill after completion of mutation process.
∎ Make pay off line/ online khajna with attested mutation DCR, porcha & supporting documents.
∎ Any other task assigned by Supervisor/HOD/Management.
