Cadastral Survey (CS) & Mapping Geographic Information System (GIS) for Land Management Legal Aspects of Land & Property.
Management Dispute Management & Negotiation.
Land acquisition process and compensation laws
Preference will be given to candidates who have degree/course on land.
Must be capable of accurately reviewing and scrutiny all documents related to land.
Strong understanding of land laws, registration processes, and property rights.
Willingness to travel to field locations and government offices.
Proficiency in handling Land related cases.
Proficiency in negotiation.
Good analytical and strategic thinking skills.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities

Must be capable of accurately reviewing and scrutiny all documents related to land.
Verify and maintain up-to-date land ownership documents, title deeds, mutation records, and surveys.
Negotiates price and contracts with sellers.
Inform management from time to time regarding land related activities.
Handle land related cases with utmost care.
Prepare case details and submit the same to MD.
Attend courts for cases on due date.
Deliver various documents to lawyer/court on different cases.
Regularly liaise with court officials for smooth handling of cases.
Monitoring & inform update of cases.
Manage locals to ensure safety of land and premises.
Conduct due diligence for land acquisition, lease, and transfer.
Liaise with government authorities (e.g., land office, registry office) for mutation, registration, and other formalities.
Maintain a comprehensive database of all land-related legal documents.
Handle court cases related to land disputes, encroachment, and ownership.
Handle land related cases with utmost care.
Prepare case details and submit the same to MD.
Attend courts for cases on due date.
Regularly liaise with court officials for smooth handling of cases.
Deliver various documents to lawyer/court on different cases.
Manage locals to ensure safety of land and premises.
Prepare and review legal notices, responses, and case briefs.
Coordinate with external lawyers, advocates, and legal consultants.
Attend court hearings, arbitration sessions, and government inquiries as required.
Ensure compliance with relevant property and land laws, rules, and regulations.
Advise management on potential legal risks and implications related to land and property matters.
Monitor updates in land and property laws and recommend necessary actions.
Prepare reports and documentation.
Maintain records of all litigation, correspondence, and settlements.
Prepare regular reports on ongoing cases, progress updates, and pending matters.

Ability to visit/ commute frequently.
Ability to follow instructions accurately.
