ACI PLC (Premiaflex Plastics), a leading flexible packaging manufacturer operating in a B2B model, is looking for few dynamic and target-driven professionals to strengthen its Sales & Marketing team. The role is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new customers, managing existing accounts, and promoting customized packaging solutions to industrial clients across sectors such as FMCG, pharmaceuticals, and agro-based industries.
The position requires a proactive individual with strong commercial acumen, relationship-building capability, and a keen understanding of industrial sales dynamics.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in targeted industries (FMCG, Pharma, Food, etc.)
Achieve assigned sales targets (volume, revenue, and margin)
Conduct market mapping to explore potential clients and new segments
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers
Ensure regular client visits and effective follow-up to generate repeat business
Handle client queries, complaints, and coordinate with internal teams for resolution
Understand client requirements and propose suitable flexible packaging solutions
Coordinate with production, design, and technical teams to deliver customized products
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and business cases to clients
Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market dynamics
Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates
Provide feedback to management for product and strategy development
Work closely with production, supply chain, and quality teams to ensure timely delivery
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies
