∎ Graduate in Business discipline or Engineering graduate with MBA, major in Finance/Marketing

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify customer's need & demand to produce sales lead
∎ Ensure regular updates, follow up SLA & KPI
∎ Ensure customer delivery of service order with necessary signed documentation with automated tools (EASI)
∎ Regular exercise on sales funnelling, produce weekly reports
∎ Assist in defining the strategic plan for existing business delivery as per customer demand.
∎ Uncover new opportunities with existing customer
∎ Grow with existing customer relationships
∎ Ensure order management of any upgradation, modification, modernization, add on items, IBS & Repeaters deployment for customer through automated tools (EASI)
∎ Maintain the asset register and assist in various sales reports to management Provide end to end process related documentation and support in line with business
∎ Responsible for assuring the revenue as per sales

Additional Requirements:
∎ Working experience: 2 years' experience in Telecom sector or similar role is preferred
∎ Knowledge & Skills required:
∎ Knowledge of telecom industry will be plus
∎ Basic knowledge about telecom technology (2G, 3G & 4G) is preferred
∎ Strong communication & presentation skill
