Job Responsibilities:
∎ To collect, check, process and disburse the TA/DA Expense Bills of Field Force in each month as per SOP.
∎ To provide stationary and logistic supports to Field Forces and Head Office employees of the organization & maintain the inventory register on monthly basis.
∎ To arrange staff welfare and administrative related support (Seating Arrangement, stationary, Operational information) to the employees.
∎ To arrange monthly meeting and any other special meetings.
∎ Check credit proposal & submit to Credit Department in time & receive proposals after credit Department's assessment also make communication with field forces.
∎ To submit report about: Stationaries, Credit Proposal Summary, Bill Summary (Courier), Summary of Demand Generation Activities.
∎ Collect employee clearance and handover to respective departments, communicate about problems (if any) with the resigned employee.
∎ Any other job assigned by the supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Candidates having advance skill in Microsoft Excel will get preference.
