Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Hardware and Software Support: Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software applications. Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues promptly.2. Network Management: Monitor and maintain the local area network (LAN) and internet connectivity. Ensure seamless and secure access for all users. Manages firewalls and has knowledge of Active Directory. Collaborate with external vendors for maintenance.3. Help Desk Support: Provide technical assistance to employees, addressing IT-related inquiries via email, phone, or in person and track, and resolve support requests in a timely manner.4. Data Backup and Security: Implement regular data backup procedures to safeguard critical information.5. Software Updates and Patching: Manage software updates, patches, and system upgrades to keep the IT environment up-to-date and secure.6. IT Inventory Management: Maintain an accurate inventory of all IT assets, including hardware and software licenses.7. Collaborative Projects: Participate in IT-related projects and initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.8. High Proficiency Required: Email, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Gmail, Outlook, ChatGPT.
