Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in computer science or related field.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Database Administrator (DBA), IT System Management, MIS, Network Engineer/ Network Administrator, Security Management of IT System, Software Implementation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Computer Hardware/Network Companies, Group of Companies, Hotel, IT Enabled Service, Multinational Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Troubleshoots common problems and works with the corporate helpdesk and vendors to resolve issues.
∎ • Maintains and troubleshoot IP PABX system & IP Camera; maintaining close cooperation with engineering team and support vendors whenever required.
∎ • Monitors domain controller, applications servers, computer security, bandwidth and network.
∎ • Works with venders to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
∎ • Installs & configures new hardware/software.
∎ • Maintains current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software and resources.
∎ • Ability to provide effective and efficient off-site phone support whenever required.
∎ • Gives personal attention, takes personal responsibility, and uses teamwork when providing guest service.
∎ • Performs other duties required to provide the service brand behavior and genuine hospitality.
∎ • Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established company. policies and procedures to achieve the overall objectives of this position.
∎ • Maintains a favorable working relationship with all other hotel employees to foster and promote a co-operative and harmonious working environment.
∎ • Abides by all Brand rules and regulations.
∎ • Performs any other reasonable duties as directed by the supervisor or his/her designate.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent oral and written communication skills.
∎ Able to collaborate effectively with other hotel employees and management.
∎ Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
∎ Skills in Microsoft Office, Windows, Windows Server are expected.
∎ Experience with general networking, router/switch configuration, structured cabling, crimping would be added advantages.
∎ Experience in IP PABX will be highly preferred.
∎ Working in Night Shifts (Which may often be required).
∎ Off-site phone support whenever required.
