Computer Hardware/Network Companies, E-commerce, IT Enabled Service, Manufacturing (FMCG), Telecommunication
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
∎ Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
∎ Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
∎ Talk staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues
∎ Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
∎ Develop and implement ecommerce strategy in order to improve website performance
∎ Manage all online activity in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion and reporting
∎ Work with developers to improve website speed
∎ Work with the marketing team or manage digital marketers in order to improve quality and traffic acquisition
∎ Driving the sales performance of the e-commerce platform
∎ Managing and executing promotional campaigns
∎ Working closely with demand planning and warehousing teams in order to ensure smooth order fulfillment
∎ Maintaining and upgrading existing systems as required
∎ Running training sessions and workshops on system processes
∎ Running regular checks on network and data security
∎ Identifying and acting on opportunities to improve and update software and systems
∎ Developing and implementing IT policy and best practice guides for the organization
∎ Creating system guidelines and manuals for the organization
∎ Designing It related training programs and workshops for staff
∎ Overseeing and determining timeframes for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations and outages
