Responsibilities & Context:
This role is crucial for maintaining our IT infrastructure and ensuring seamless technical support for our organization.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
• Manage and maintain sofwares and network devices.
• Configure and troubleshoot Wi-Fi routers and access points.
• Monitor and manage local networking and IT devices/assets.
• Assist in network monitoring and ensure the security and efficiency of IT systems.
• Support corporate IT needs and provide timely solutions to technical problems.
• Advance computer operation of distribution house.
• Using advanced level software for office operation
