Additional Requirements:
- Proven experience in IT support and graphic design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
- Strong knowledge of networking, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of web development (HTML, CSS, WordPress) is an advantage.
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain hardware, software, and network systems.
- Troubleshoot IT issues and provide timely technical support to team members.
- Design high-quality graphics for print, digital, and social media platforms.
- Create and edit promotional materials, banners, product packaging, and presentations.
- Maintain and update company websites and online platforms.
- Ensure data security and perform regular system backups.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop visual concepts.
- Stay updated with the latest design tools, IT trends, and technologies.
