Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Managing and maintaining the company's network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls
∎ Performing routine server maintenance, including system updates, security patching, and backups
∎ Providing hardware support to staff, troubleshooting and resolving computer and peripheral issues
∎ Setting up and configure printers, ensuring smooth operation and connectivity
∎ Assisting staff with day-to-day IT needs, resolving technical problems and offering solutions
∎ Staying up-to-date on emerging technologies and industry best practices
∎ Documenting IT procedures and troubleshoot any technical issues
