We are seeking a dynamic and skilled IT & Digital Marketing Executive to provide comprehensive technical support for both office operations and event environments. The role involves managing IT infrastructure, supporting exhibition setups, maintaining CRM and digital platforms, and driving digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will ensure system efficiency, enhance digital presence, and support business growth through technology and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive daily technical support to office staff, addressing hardware, software, and networking issues promptly.
Ensure optimal performance and security of all IT systems, including email servers and cloud platforms.
Oversee data backup and disaster recovery processes to safeguard critical company information.
Collaborate with event teams to plan and implement IT setups at exhibition venues, including Wi-Fi networks, registration counters, digital displays, and so on.
Install, configure, and manage event-related software such as visitor registration systems, lead retrieval tools, and badge printing solutions.
Deliver real-time technical support during exhibitions to guarantee uninterrupted operations.
Maintain, update, and optimize CRM and event management systems used by the organization.
Support the development and customization of software tools related to event registration, ticketing, and exhibitor management.
Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with corporate policies and industry standards.
Liaise with IT vendors for procurement, maintenance, and technical support services.
Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets, software licenses, and warranties.
Develop, implement, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Google, LinkedIn, and others.
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (PPC, Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI.
Analyze marketing data and performance metrics, preparing detailed reports to guide strategic decisions.
Maintain, update, and troubleshoot the company website(s).
Collaborate with creative or content teams to implement design changes or new web features.
Design, develop, and maintain websites and web applications.
Monitor site analytics and SEO performance; recommend improvements.
Manage website hosting, domains, and integrations with third-party tools or APIs.
