• Age 20 to 30 years

• Cisco certified or course completed will get preferences
• Need to be smart, energetic, self-motivated and confident and enjoy work under pressure
• Can work independently and have multitasking ability.
• Should have keen sense of punctuality along with ethical and professional responsibility.
• Fluent in speaking and writing Bengali and English.
• Basic knowledge in Active Directory System, Server, etc.
• Improve professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

• Provide support to end-users with regards to hardware, software, printing, network, internet, or other IT issues.

• Monitor IT ticketing application and provide appropriate solutions to end-users.

• Ensure smooth and continuous operation of computer, networking, surveillance, printing, and other IT systems.

• Install, configure, update, and upgrade computer hardware, software, network, surveillance, and other IT systems as necessary.

• Identify and troubleshoot problems of computer, networking, surveillance, printing, and other IT systems.

• Maintain documented communication between vendors, service providers, end-users, and all other stakeholders.

• Perform preventative, periodic, and/or scheduled maintenance on all IT systems.

• Assist in procurement of IT equipment and services by providing professional advice.

• Test and evaluate new technology.

• Provide IT training to general users.

• Maintain IT inventory and keep track of all IT equipment.

Please note that this is a contractual position. The employement duration will be limited to 3 months only.
