• IT Support: Provide day-to-day IT support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues Network Management: Monitor and maintain our network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security
• Hardware and Software Maintenance: Manage and upgrade computer hardware and software as needed
• Data Security: Implement and enforce data security measures to protect sensitive information
• Vendor Management: Work with external IT vendors to procure hardware, software, and services as required
• User Training: Conduct training sessions to ensure employees can effectively utilize our IT resources
• Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of IT processes, procedures, and configurations Understanding LAN/WAN equipment's like routers, switches, and servers for proper Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting Expert in all technical support and troubleshooting activities related to Network printers, LaserJet printers, scanners, CCTV cameras, Access Control Devices, Multimedia Projectors, UPS/IPS, etc. Company user's mail configuration in Microsoft outlook and Web Mail, etc. Establish and maintain sound backup and data recovery policies and procedures Work with ERP system users and management to determine the appropriate system configuration and setup
