-Skill in or have Training on Desktop / Storage / Server Virtualization / Cloud Computing, SAP etc.

Responsibilities & Context:
  • Provide first- and second-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.

  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, IP phones, and peripherals.

  • Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Exchange Online.

  • Log, track, and manage incidents and service requests using IT Service Management (ITSM) tools.

  • Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate IT teams or vendors and ensure timely resolution.

  • Provide remote technical support to users across multiple office and factory locations.

  • Manage user accounts, license assignments, and access control in Microsoft 365 Admin Center and Azure Active Directory (Microsoft Entra ID).

  • Monitor cloud service health and assist in troubleshooting Microsoft 365 and other cloud-based applications.

  • Manage endpoint devices using Microsoft Intune or other Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms.

  • Deploy software, updates, compliance policies, and configuration standards across organizational devices.

  • Troubleshoot LAN, WLAN, VPN, and internet connectivity issues.

  • Assist in maintaining network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.

  • Support IP telephony systems, collaboration tools, and video conferencing platforms.

  • Install, configure, and maintain CCTV surveillance systems including IP cameras, NVR/DVR devices, and monitoring software.

  • Provide operational support for Access Control Systems including biometric devices, card readers, and door controllers.

  • Deliver high-priority IT support to Top Management and ensure readiness of meeting room and presentation technologies.

  • Maintain strict confidentiality while handling executive communications, sensitive information, and organizational data.

  • Contribute to IT knowledge management, end-user training, and documentation of systems and procedures.

  • Assist in cybersecurity initiatives including endpoint protection, patch management, security monitoring, and incident reporting.

  • Maintain IT asset inventory, conduct periodic verification, and manage hardware and software lifecycle documentation.Provide first- and second-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.

  • Knowledge of Azure Active Directory (Microsoft Entra ID), user identity management, and access control.

  • Familiarity with Endpoint Management tools such as Microsoft Intune or other MDM solutions.

  • Understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, LAN/WLAN troubleshooting.

  • Experience with Active Directory services, Group Policy, and domain-based environments.

  • Knowledge of endpoint security solutions, antivirus management, and patch management.

  • Basic experience with CCTV surveillance systems, NVR/DVR configuration, and Access Control Systems.

  • Familiarity with IP telephony systems and video conferencing platforms.

  • Basic knowledge of SIEM tools, system monitoring, and IT infrastructure monitoring platforms.

  • Understanding of IT asset management, hardware lifecycle management, and documentation practices.

  • Exposure to automation tools, AI-assisted IT operations (AIOps), and service desk platforms will be an advantage.
