Redfin Properties Limited is a leading property management and real estate company in Dhaka. We specialize in buying, selling, and managing residential and commercial properties. We are expanding our Sales & Marketing team and looking for dynamic, motivated individuals to help us acquire flats inventory from owners and developers.

🎯 Job Responsibilities

• Identify and contact flat owners and real estate developers to acquire flats for sale.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, and agents.

• Visit different project locations to source new property inventory.

• Conduct market research to identify potential flats available for sale.

• Negotiate and finalize property acquisition agreements.

• Maintain proper records of all inventory and client communications.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly inventory acquisition targets.

• Coordinate with internal sales team to ensure smooth property sales process.

✅ Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Business background preferred).

• 0–1 years experience in Real Estate / Sales & Marketing (Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply).

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in field and visit different locations in Dhaka.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Basic knowledge of Dhaka real estate market is an advantage.
