∎ Graduate / Post graduate with concentration in Business from reputed business schools (IBA DU, BUP, NSU, BRAC, EWU, IUB etc.)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Key account manager - who will be responsible as one-stop contact point for multinational client accounts
∎ Active participation and decision making in international sales negotiation and order management
∎ Relationship Management - act as key coordinator between customers and factory
∎ Active participation in material and production planning to deliver orders on-time
∎ Target based shipment management to drive continuous delivery performance
∎ Business Analytics to assess account health through P/L and adjust account strategies accordingly
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year of relevant experience, not necessarily in the same industry, would be an added advantage
∎ Basic/ Intermediary expertise in Microsoft Office (Excel/Power-Point /Word)
∎ Strong Interpersonal Skills
∎ Problem solving skills
∎ Detail oriented
∎ Knowledge on global fashion market/leather footwear industry will be seen as an added advantage
