Job Responsibilities:
∎ Key account manager - who will be responsible as the one-stop contact point for multinational client accounts.
∎ Active participation and decision-making in international sales negotiation and order management
∎ Relationship Management - act as key coordinator between customers and factory
∎ Active participation in material and production planning to deliver orders on time.
∎ Target-based shipment management to drive continuous delivery performance.
∎ Business Analytics to assess account health through P/L and adjust account strategies accordingly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 34 years
∎ Basic/ Intermediary expertise in Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint/Word)
∎ Strong Interpersonal Skills
∎ Problem-solving skills
∎ Detail oriented
∎ Knowledge of the global fashion market/leather footwear industry will be seen as an added advantage.
