Finance/ Accounts, Internal Audit
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the compliance, effectiveness & acceptability of the policies and standards of the Company.
∎ Auditing accounting posting, documentation, and party payment process. To ensure procurement audit, price verification and justification and other bill payments.
∎ To ensure that all sorts of requisition, delivery challan, bill, voucher etc. are being checked and verified in the prescribed manner.
∎ To check daily expenditures and daily transactions like receive voucher, payment voucher.
∎ Check over the inventory management (store items) and cash management (surprise cash counting).
∎ To check monthly salary & wages sheet and overtime sheet.
∎ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
∎ Any other special assignment as directed by the management and department.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong interpersonal communication skills, capable of pleasantly interacting with different levels of staff.
∎ Must have a good personality, self-motivated, hardworking & willing to take responsibility.
∎ Sound Knowledge in MS office (Word & Excel) & Tally ERP Software.
