Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Support in planning and developing operational processes.
Plan, design audit approaches in collaboration with Plant & CHQ Audit team.
Conduct audit fieldwork on business operations, ensuring sufficient evidence and analysis per audit standards, and report findings to Head of Internal Audit.
Visit plants/markets to review sales, procurement, and operational proceedings.
Monitor & follow-up on agreed action plans/audit recommendations.
Assist in developing/upgrading organizational policies, SOPs, and process reengineering initiatives to enhance compliance and efficiency.
Perform other assignments as guided by Head of Internal Audit.
