Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Audit investigation, Inventory Audit, Inventory Control Knowledge, Quality Audit
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare & input file information in excel based on product information;
∎ Ensure Stock report is created according to the category.
∎ Prepare closing stock daily basis & must be sent to the management and audit team by the IT department;
∎ Ensure Sales report created correctly on daily basis.
∎ Ensure customer database updated in the software on the basis of customer information ID.
∎ Check the customer data base to find out the repeated customer ERL employees data and to remove the same from the data base;
∎ Ensure customer card preserved centrally at DC & customer card collected from all sales center
∎ Ensure Branch wise branch transfer (BT).
∎ Ensure every day branch wise data synchronizing confirmation assurance note.4.1 Prepare product excel sheet base on HQ supplied information (large class, middle class, sub class, Photo) accurately.
∎ Input product photo, color, and size, expire date season accurately in the product excel sheet by checking the physical product.
∎ Input CP & SP In the product excel sheet in the product excel sheet on the basis of cost accountant supplied information.
∎ Save the files/mails/documents of product information consigned wise in separate month wise folder/files for future reference.
∎ Input product excels sheet, data & photo in the stock software accurately.
∎ After completion input data send up duet stock report to the management & managers WH.
∎ Send daily sales centers stock reports & daily site report & WH stock report through JESON format to HQ.
∎ Ensure data synchronization & smooth data transmission.
∎ Changes data as per management instruction & ensure changed data are properly working.
∎ Check all data are regularly stored at central data base server.
∎ Communicate with software technical person as per supervisor/ Management instruction when required.
∎ Supervise & instruct department joiners regularly & report to the department supervisor weekly.
∎ Send stock & sale data for software to various departments as per management instruction.
∎ Keep confidentiality of business data & do not share data with any one without management consent.
∎ Ensure all equipment’s of IT Department are working properly both in WH & sales centers.
∎ Check previously stored software data once in a month & report to the supervisor.
∎ Ensure all products in the WH & sales centres are properly incorporated in the software stock.
∎ Prepare excel file based on product information before create barcode

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must be able to work under pressure, smooth negotiation ability with internal and external customer. Multi-function skill is pre-requisite criteria for this position.
∎ Good computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook etc.) applications. Must be proficient in using graphics design software.
∎ Must have good communication skills in Bengali & English

Salary: Negotiable
