Job Context:
∎ Executive internal auditor has to Review effectiveness & efficiency of Internal Control System and take corrective action.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ . Check and verify all kind of bill and voucher.
∎ . Regular audit of the bills and identify irregularities.
∎ . Auditing all accounts book-cash book, General Ledger and subsidiary Ledger.
∎ . Verify purchase indent.
∎ . Leftover item inventory and re-consume.
∎ . Establish and monitoring of the purchasing, inventory and requisitions system.
∎ . Daily cash surveillance report voucher with physically cash verifying.
∎ . Auditing monthly stationary store, Mechanical store.
∎ . Checking of payroll (salary, wages, holyday bill, fuel cost etc.
∎ . To be checked employees final settlement, Annual leave encashment bill, Increment sheet, Festival bonus & Conveyance bills.
∎ . Check revenue with delivery challan & rate sheet .
∎ . Verification of receipt payment statement.
∎ . Follow all kinds of applicable rules, policies and procedures to maintain financial activities.
∎ . Keeping the security of all important documents.
∎ . Prepares report and preserved documentation pertaining to audits for internal record.
∎ . Any others job assigned by the management.
∎ • Acquire, analyze and evaluate accounting documentation.
∎ • Prepare and present reports that reflect audit results and document process.
∎ • Act as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity, legality and goal achievement.
