Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduation from any reputed institution.
∎ Educational qualification may be relaxed for more competent candidates.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform internal audit of overall business process like weaving, dyeing and finishing, and also dyes & chemical relating to audit activities.
∎ Dyeing and Finishing Production Analysis and NPT (Usual & Unusual) relating auditing activity.
∎ Dyeing & Finishing Re-process relating auditing activity.
∎ Finishing Sub-Contact Amount & Bill relating auditing activity.
∎ Yarn and Fabric store, Dyes & Chemical store Physical Inventory & system relating auditing activity.
∎ Auditing activity material movement system, on time Delivery, Slow-moving & non-moving Items, process lose %, Order wise Excess materials by Physical Inventory Monthly.
∎ Analyze efficiency, internal error and find out the root cause to develop and improve overall efficiency of the business.
∎ Identify ways to reduce re-process, Addition & Topping and increase Production & efficiency.
∎ To optimize efficiency by identifying possible noncompliance.
∎ Identify sources of waste.
∎ Identify and reduce all business and financial risks.
∎ Report to superior and make recommendations to mitigate risk and add value.
∎ Engaging remediation of identified issues through follow-up.
∎ Prepare reports on the internal audit and present to management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Must have good knowledge on woven/denim fabric weaving, dyeing and finishing process.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic and have a good personality.
∎ Self-motivated and responsible.
∎ Should be a team player having good interpersonal skills.
∎ Strong communication skills in English both verbal and written.
∎ Excellent research skills to find all related information needed
∎ Proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheets
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
