Educational Requirements:

∎ Skills Required: Good at Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, Leadership and Good Communication skill.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overseeing and monitoring Integrated Pest Management (IPM) and Fumigation operation
∎ Frequently operational site visits such as factory, warehouse , depots, port area for the ensure pest control and fumigation service quality as well as guideline to subordinate/Operation team.
∎ Identify new business opportunity or clients for the business development of pest control and fumigation services as on operational activities or experience.
∎ Keep proper records of work carried out via the Pest Control Team.
∎ Set mechanical traps and place poisonous paste.
∎ Study preliminary reports and diagrams of infested areas and determine the treatment type required to eliminate and prevent recurrence of infestation.
∎ Ensure timely preparation/follow-up of quotes and submission of all information as requested by clients.
∎ Monitor customer satisfaction by doing a regular survey.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 36 years
∎ Strong knowledge of pesticides and fumigation.
∎ Able to implement/Coordinate the pest control and fumigation operation in field level.
∎ Able to work independently and to coordinate several activities simultaneously.
∎ Able to interact with all levels of management, suppliers, and clients.
∎ Acts quickly and decisively.
