• Must have hands-on knowledge of QCO, SMV, line balancing, and method study.

• Good understanding of sewing operations, WIP control, and production workflow.

• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with IE software/tools.

• Data-driven mindset with strong attention to detail

• Conduct time and motion studies to establish standard operating times and improve efficiency.

• Prepare operation bulletins, machine layouts, and manpower requirements.

• Implement methods to reduce waste and enhance productivity across production lines.

• Collaborate with production, quality, and planning departments to ensure optimal workflow.

• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for production efficiency.

• Support capacity planning and line balancing activities.

• Participate in new product development and sample approval processes.

• Develop and maintain documentation for process improvements and standardization.

• Assist in training production staff on new methods and process updates.

• Hourly production monitoring as per line target.

• Collect NPT of every line from the concerned supervisor.

• Drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives: Kaizen, 5S, waste reduction, and continuous improvement projects.

• Work closely with Production, Quality, and Work Study teams to ensure smooth style changeover.
