Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering / Industrial Engineering / Industrial Production Engineering from any recognized University.
∎ Masters in any discipline from any reputed University.
∎ Skills Required: IE

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ SMV calculate and prepare operation bulletin by sketch.
∎ Prepare layout for all kinds of garments.
∎ Line balance with capacity study.
∎ Find out bottle neck process and remove bottle neck.
∎ Operation follow-up study.
∎ Every day sate Line target with properly manpower allocation.
∎ Participate PP meeting (Discuss with mechanic chief about m/c & attachment).
∎ Calculate and monitoring new style lay-out time or feeding time report.
∎ Participate daily production meeting.
∎ Data collect for production and efficiency report at morning time.
∎ Generate and distribute efficiency report.
∎ Prepare skill matrix or skill inventory for all operators.
∎ Check operator skill grade two times in a month.
∎ Time, Method and Motion study.
∎ Daily (W.I.P) work in process calculate & next day input plan.
∎ Monitoring input and output report, hourly production report, shipment schedule & in time fabric & accessories in house.
∎ Reduce excess manpower or unused manpower in line.
∎ Develop factory efficiency and individual productivity.
∎ Reduce nonproductive time and excess working hour.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Lay out expert on Oven Top Bottom.
∎ Should have strong negotiation and technical skills.
∎ Product Knowledge
∎ Problem Solving skills.
