Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To plan and carry out all sales activities on assigned branch.
∎ Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and managing quality of sales and service delivery.
∎ Prepare sales action plans inside the branch.
∎ Product presentation to the client.
∎ Develop and maintain sales and promotional materials.
∎ Make sales calls to new and existing clients.
∎ Delivering the technical information to the client.
∎ Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports.
∎ Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships.
∎ Maintains professional and technical knowledge.
∎ Follow up on sales activity.
∎ Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Planning and strategy
∎ Adaptability
∎ Stress tolerance
∎ Knowledge of principles and practices of sales
∎ Knowledge of customer service principles
∎ Experience in sales
∎ Proven ability to achieve sales targets

Salary: Tk. 10000 - 15000 (Monthly)
