Client Relationship Management, Customer Service, Sales
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To plan and carry out all sales activities on assigned branch.
∎ Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and managing quality of sales and service delivery.
∎ Prepare sales action plans inside the branch.
∎ Product presentation to the client.
∎ Develop and maintain sales and promotional materials.
∎ Make sales calls to new and existing clients.
∎ Delivering the technical information to the client.
∎ Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports.
∎ Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships.
∎ Maintains professional and technical knowledge.
∎ Follow up on sales activity.
∎ Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication and time management skill.
∎ Knowledge of customer service principles.
∎ Knowledge of principles and practices of sales.
∎ Proficient with IT skills (MS Office etc).
∎ Knowledge about Pos Software.
∎ Adaptability & stress tolerance.
∎ Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
∎ Duty time 11 am to 8pm, weekly 6 days.
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
