Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
∎ Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and managing quality of sales and service delivery.
∎ Identify, Target and Develop business relationships that are aligned with the strategy of the company to support and grow.
∎ Have very polished idea about product specifications, features and usability, also knowing the target group well.
∎ Develop sales strategy & plans and forecasts to achieve business objectives.
∎ To make & prepare everyday sales plan.
∎ Prepare sales action plans inside the branch.
∎ Maintain relationship with clients by providing proper guidance.
∎ Develop and maintain sales and promotional materials.
∎ Make sales calls to new and existing clients.
∎ Delivering the technical information to the client.
∎ Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports.
∎ Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships.
∎ Maintains professional and technical knowledge.
∎ Follow up on sales activity.
∎ Aiming to achieve sales target Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly.
∎ Any other job as assigned by the Management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Knowledge of principles and practices of sales.
∎ Knowledge of customer service principles.
∎ Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
∎ Excellent communication skill.
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 25000 (Monthly)
