Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to fill up L/C form and submit to Bank.
∎ Arrange all supporting papers/ documents to enclose with L/C.
∎ To Submit relevant documents/ papers to make amendment in L/C if required.
∎ To collect endorsed Non negotiable/Original documents through bank to release import consignment
∎ To collect NOC from bank & sent to C&F agent.
∎ To prepare L/C statement & update shipment status.
∎ To collect bill of entries from C&F agent.
∎ To check insurance bill & maintain insurance register.
∎ To submit bill of entries to bank.
∎ To update L/C files time to time & follow up all shipment status.
